I have a Pantech uml 290 usb modem and have been using it with my PC. About a week ago I downloaded the new update for it that included a firmware update. Ever since the update, I am unable to stay connected for longer than 10-15 minutes and sometimes I loose connection within 2 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI called tech support and they had me uninstall the drivers for the modem as well as the vz access program and reinstall them as a complete unit but I am still having the same issue. Anyone know of a workaround for this issue?
